Performance marketing traffic guidelines
for all NetFusion campaigns.
All campaigns must follow the traffic standards and compliance requirements outlined below. Every traffic source is reviewed before activation. Proof of placement and creative approval are required before any traffic goes live — no exceptions.
What we accept —
and what we don’t.
Channel eligibility varies by offer. All channels require SubIDs, proof of placement, and creative review before launch.
User clicks a link within a flow — paid on CPA, CPL, or CPC depending on the offer and advertiser. Runs across survey/research, financial lead gen, government benefits, and gift card verticals. SubIDs required. Proof required.
Lists must be opt-in and permission-based. Documentation of list age and sourcing required. Suppression file compliance required. Sample sends reviewed before approval. All standard requirements also apply.
Approved based on campaign type, traffic quality, and placement context. Standard requirements apply.
Aligned to demographic and interest-based targeting within program constraints. Permission-based placements only. Standard requirements apply.
Approved on a per-offer basis where campaign fit and traffic quality are confirmed. Standard vetting requirements apply — same as all other traffic types.
Content placements within informational environments matched to offer requirements. SMS supported on select campaigns with applicable messaging regulations compliance.
Not permitted on standard campaigns. Exceptions require explicit written approval and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. This is rare.
Traffic that misrepresents offers, earnings potential, or campaign details is strictly prohibited.
Bidding on advertiser terms, offer names, or restricted branded queries is not permitted without explicit written authorization.
Bot traffic, proxies, masked traffic, fake leads, or artificial engagement is strictly prohibited and will not be paid on.
All creative reviewed before any traffic goes live.
This applies to every traffic type and every partner — new and established. Submit all creative, landing pages, and placement details before launch.
No exaggerated earnings claims, deceptive urgency, fake testimonials, or misleading incentive language. Promotions must accurately describe the offer.
Avoid inappropriate content, misleading design elements, or advertiser brand misuse that could impact offer integrity.
Provide placement details, screenshots, or sample sends as part of the approval process. We review everything before launch.
How caps work —
and why they matter.
We set traffic caps at the start of every new program. Caps protect both sides — advertisers from unproven traffic, and partners from offers that haven’t proven they perform. As performance stabilizes, caps are increased in a structured, controlled way. We don’t ramp fast. We ramp right.
We review your traffic source, promotional method, GEO, acquisition channel, and sourcing methodology. We want to understand how you operate before anything goes live.
Proof of placement and all creative assets must be submitted for review. Sample sends required for email. This step is required for every partner before launch.
SubID tracking confirmed across all placements. Pre-pop parameters set up wherever the offer supports it. All launch requirements documented.
Approved partners receive applicable links, caps, next steps, and campaign guidance. Caps set based on offer and traffic type, then adjusted as performance data comes in.
Meet the standards.
Become a partner.
If your traffic meets these guidelines and you’re focused on long-term earning stability — not volume spikes — we want to hear from you. Tell us about your traffic and we’ll take it from there.
