These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in California.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Sites after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revisions.
